Pacifique Treize Rugby League is a bid team aiming to representing the French speaking Pacific Island territories of New Caledonia, Vanuatu, French Polynesia (Tahiti) and Wallis and Futuna that will be based in Noumea, New Caledonia in various Queensland competitions.
Red is a national colour of New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna and also a significant national colour in Vanuatu. Blue was chosen as it represents the iconic Pacific water that binds all catchment territories.
Representing the Pacific markets of New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna and French Polynesia, the Pacifique Treize team is designed to providing a valuable pathway for players in the respective territories as well supporting Rugby League’s position across the Pacific.
