Australian company, Queensland Pacific Metals, has been announced as platinum partner for Pacifique Treize’s historic tour of northern Queensland.
An emerging provider of sustainable, clean and green nickel, Queensland Pacific Metals will feature on the front of the Pacifique Treize team jersey when the team faces Mackay Cutters, Townsville Blackhawks and Northern Pride in late January / early February.
Developer of the Townsville Energy Chemicals Hub (TECH) Project, Queensland Pacific Metals has been focusing on building a modern and sustainable battery metals refinery, 40km south of Townsville. The TECH Project will produce critical metals for the rapidly emerging lithium-ion battery and electric vehicle sector.
The inaugural Pacifique Treize tour will feature twenty-five players selected from New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, mainland France and Australian based players of French ancestry.
